Thought of the Day – Your Demon Wears Gucci?

by Senator Brett

Every once in a while people will send me links to articles, pictures or videos that they think might inspire a TOTD. The other day such a video was brought to my attention.

In the video a “Christian” organization was casting out a “gay demon” from a teenage boy. It was pretty disturbing, not only in it’s sheer insanity and misguided assumption, but also because it was just wrong… that teenage boy was not possessed by a “gay demon!” How do I know? Well, consider the following:

1. The demon never manifested itself with a leather Gucci man purse with matching Alexander McQueen monk-strap boots. All it did was cause the young man to moan while rolling on the ground as a group of highly energetic people yelled and jumped around near him.

2. The “church” looked in disarray and the young man, not ONCE, stood up and said, “This place is a pig-sty! Someone get a vacuum cleaner and some feather dusters and let’s clean this place up!”

3. The boy was wearing a Chick-fil-A tee shirt!

Look, I know that the “gay agenda” has become the “biggest threat” to church values… what with all their demands of being allowed to get married so that they can get divorced at a rate of 50%… you know, like it is in the God-fearing Christian church, but come on… have we gotten to a point where we are casting out the “demon of gay” to justify our lack of understanding? What’s next? Casting out the “demon of education degrees from legitimate universities” to justify our rewriting of grade school text books so that they reflect what we want History to say rather than what actually happened? Is the next step to cast out the “demon of patriotism” so that we can further our goal to blur the line of “separation of church and state” so that our government is a reflection of our personal unique faith, rather than being a government that is inclusive of all faiths… as it was intended?

Okay, okay… I was going off on a rabbit trail… I’ll get back on course. Uh… oh yeah… casting out of gay demons. All I’m going to say is that if there is a such thing as the true manifestation of the Demon of Gay… that bitch better be wearing some awesome clothes… and accessories… you HAVE to have nice accessories. I mean, they make the outfit flow together! 🙂

Have a good one, folks… and, as always, remember… it’s not the sudden stop at the end that will get you… no, it’s forgetting that scarves are not merely for body heat purposes, they are also a nice expression of your style and creativity. Plus, they’re just FUN!

Your Friendly Senator

P.S. What are your thoughts on gay demons, Gucci bags, gay demons with Gucci bags, scarves and, more importantly, gay scarves?!

You could carry all sorts of beer into a movie theater in one of these!

I guess the best term to describe me is "Tex-Mex... at its best and worst!" I am a native Houstonian who loves all things "sports", Spanish red wines, cooking, hoppy beers, women with low standards, way too much television, watching movies on rainy days and using the term "the cat's pajamas" even when it doesn't make much sense. www.senatorbrett.wordpress.com

  1. Hilarious as always. BTW , we already re-write history so it says what we want it to say it’s just that future people never know about it and if they do they’re not allowed to tell. Just how in our history books it says we won the Rev. War against the Brits , but their history books say they gave it to us. Oh and yeah gays should be allowed to be married n unhappy like everyone else x

  2. Maybe the demon would’ve calmed down if they had brought in an exorcist to explain how “It Gets Better”…

  3. I pay a quick visit day-to-day a few web sites
and information sites to read articles or reviews, except this webpage gives feature
    based content.
