Thought of the Day – Am I Complicated?!

I will be the first to tell you that I don’t know everything. I don’t. But, you know what I do know? I know this… that when football commentators say stupid things like, “This young man is very talented, but as we all know, he is also a very complicated individual”… well, when they say things like that… they need to be punched in the face!
Look, I’m all for second chances, but I’m also all for calling it like it really is. So… hey, football-commentator-guy-who-would-not-have-a-job-anywhere-if-it-weren’t-for-the-fact-that-a-few-people-liked-what-you-could-do-with-a-small-leather-ball-at-one-point-in-your-life… that guy you are talking about is not… and I repeat, NOT… complicated! A Rubix Cube is complicated. The Mandarin language is complicated. The blueprints for an M.C. Escher designed house are complicated. That guy that you are talking about is just a f’n criminal!
It’s really that simple. Let’s face it… punching a girl in the face, or throwing a fit because some chick won’t sleep with you, or carrying an unlicensed gun with you into a club, or shooting someone, or stealing some “bling”… all those things… not complicated! So stop saying dumb shit on my television! I’m trying to feed my intellect… by watching over-sized athletes hit each other and get a small leather ball across some arbitrary line!
Have a great day, folks! And, as always remember… it’s not the sudden stop at the end of the fall that gets you… it’s the “complicated” guy and his posse that will beat you in the head with a Cristal bottle if you look at his woman!

Hilarious post as always. And yeah, seriously freaking true. We should do a Youtube mash up of sound clips of stupid reporters on TV saying inane nonsensical shit. Then we should auto tune it. I think it would be a hit. x

My father in law used to watch sport with the commentary switched off. Most of the commentators talk rubbish. But people have weird ideas about behaviour when it comes to minor ‘celebs’.
Think most of those ‘celebs’ need a good smack or 48 hours in the cooler.
Loathe the celebrity culture of fame for fame’s sake.
